“It’s convenient if you want to start that diet you’ve been putting off. It took Russell and his hyper motivation for me to start buying those chicken breasts and fish I’ve only thought of doing. I’ve also been conscious about reading labels and to moderate everything shitty like alcohol. Gin and tonic, thats it. I just took the 3 week diet just to detox my December diet. Shed some fat and muscle but it kinda gave me a good cut to start training for more lean muscles.
